Slide Leadership: Improving Talent Excellence Programme Caribbean Catalyst Inc. is purposefully and intentionally reinventing what it started as Barbados’ Best Employers (BBE) in 2010 as a biennial movement. To this end, the company has established LiTE, its Talent Engagement Survey (TES) that will provide a holistic assessment of an organisation’s purpose, its lived values and culture.

LiTE’s focus will be two-fold; a management interview to get perspectives from the leadership of the organisation and the completion of the TES by its team members. At its core, is a focus on Leadership: how it drives Purpose, Values, Culture and its engagement of Talent.

Identification of Best Practices will be confirmed based on the feedback from both sources, leadership and team members. Caribbean Catalyst Inc. encourages all organisations, both public and private sector, statutory corporations and not for profits, to take part in LiTE in order to gather objective information on how their teams are thinking and feeling. After listening to your people, Caribbean Catalyst Inc. will debrief with each participating organisation to give practical recommendations for improvement.
